How to Request a Return

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certified & Graded Products
NGC- and PCGS-certified coins must remain in their original sealed slabs with intact labels to be eligible for return (except when authenticity or grading errors are documented). Removing a coin from its holder voids return eligibility except in cases of verified dealer error.
Market Volatility Notice
Bullion prices fluctuate with global markets. We do not accept returns based solely on price movement after purchase. This policy protects both buyers and sellers in a transparent precious metals marketplace.

How long do I have to request a return?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues. Damage and shipping discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours when possible.
Who pays return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, misdescription), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is typically the buyer responsibility unless otherwise stated in your authorization.
Can I exchange instead of refund?

What if I received a damaged slab?
Photograph the package and slab immediately. Do not attempt to open certified holders. Contact us with your order number and images.
